These terms apply when you download, access, or play BussyUP.

Use of the Game

BussyUP is provided as a casual strategy game. You may use the game for personal entertainment in accordance with Apple App Store rules and applicable law.

Gameplay and Rewards

In-game money, stars, upgrades, shops, customers, and rewards are fictional gameplay features. They have no real-world cash value and cannot be exchanged outside the game.

Ads

BussyUP may offer optional rewarded ads. If an ad is unavailable because of network or provider conditions, the game may still continue gracefully.

No Paid Subscription

BussyUP does not currently sell a paid subscription or in-app purchase. If paid features are added later, the App Store listing and these terms will be updated.
